Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original Daniel Wellington packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
